Terms
Terms of use
By creating an account or using Sorepoint you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. Please read them.

The service
Sorepoint publishes research about market problems and business opportunities, including scores, evidence, and suggested plans. It is information, not advice. You decide what to build and you are responsible for that decision.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 and provide accurate details.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.
- One account per person. Do not share access with others.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Scrape, bulk-download, or resell Sorepoint content.
- Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Content and ownership
Sorepoint content, including opportunity write-ups, scores, and builder packs, belongs to Sorepoint. You may use it to research and build your own products. You may not republish it as your own.
Quoted evidence comes from public sources and belongs to its original authors. It is reproduced in short excerpts for commentary and research.
No guarantees
Scores and estimates are opinions based on public signals. Markets change, data can be wrong, and past demand does not guarantee future revenue. Sorepoint is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
Your results are your own
Sorepoint surfaces problems and suggests ways to test them. It does not promise that any opportunity will work, make money, or be right for you. Whether you build something, how you build it, what you spend, and what happens next are entirely your decisions and your responsibility.
If an idea you found on Sorepoint fails, earns less than expected, or costs you time or money, Sorepoint is not liable for that outcome. Do your own research and validation before you invest.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorepoint and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from decisions you make based on its content, including lost profits, lost business, wasted development costs, or indirect and consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Sorepoint in the twelve months before the claim.
Pricing and cancellation
Sorepoint is free to start. If paid plans are introduced, prices and terms will be shown before you pay, and you will be able to cancel at any time from your account page.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken or if we discontinue the service, with notice where practical.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to hello@sorepoint.com.
